Los Angeles, CA May 27, 2009 It was announced today that ComStarMedia Fund, LP, through its subsidiary ComStar Networks, LLC has acquired popularbaby boomer network AmericanLife TV Network (ALN)for an undisclosed sum. The announcement was jointly made by ComStar Chairman Dr. Robert A. Schullerand ComStar President & CEO Chris Wyatt, whoassume oversight of the network.

ALN thrives as the only independentnetwork devoted to Americas baby boomer generation and their families,delivering classic TV, lifestyle, original and socially responsible programmingthat addresses compelling issues important to todays baby boomeraudience. With the acquisition of ALN, ComStar has a vehicle to build out a premierefamily-friendly network that will amalgamate television and Internet mediumsand fill a void for safe, family programming targeting viewers of all ages.
